When you sell, the only cost is the standard 2% buyer’s agent commission if the buyer is represented by their own agent. There are no hidden fees and no fine print. It is simply a straightforward way to save money.
Do I have to buy or sell first?
Whatever works best for you. We usually recommend starting with the step that may take more time.
For example, if you are looking for a very specific or hard to find home, it often makes sense to begin with the buying process. If selling your current home is more complex due to timing, condition, or market factors, we may recommend starting with the sale instead.
