For our 2.99% total commission, you receive a full service listing package. Our goal is to provide strong marketing and professional representation at a fair and reasonable rate.
Will other Agents show my home?
Yes. We cooperate with all licensed real estate professionals through the MLS and we offer a 2% commission to the buyer’s agent. This ensures your home is accessible to a wide network of agents and buyers.
What sets you apart from other low commission or flat fee companies?
One important difference is how we handle cooperating commissions.
