Welcome to my page! I'm Joe Rinehart, the Broker of Record and Owner of Rinehart Realty Inc., with over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. My journey in real estate began in 2005, when I started investing in properties, including student rentals and house flips. This hands-on experience ignited my enthusiasm for the industry and prompted me to share my knowledge and expertise with others.
My roots are in London, Ontario, where I was raised with strong family values, a disciplined work ethic, and a deep passion for real estate. My background is diverse, encompassing experiences in automotive, construction, and even firefighting, which instilled in me a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for real estate. My early days in real estate were spent with a small independent firm in London, where I had the privilege of learning from an excellent mentor. Subsequently, I joined a larger firm to further develop my skills. In 2010, I took a significant step and became an independent broker, taking a year to establish what is now known as Rinehart Realty Inc.
